Enclosed you will find a customized organizer for your tax return—please fill it out completely. This will lessen the cost of your tax preparation, and assist in the gathering of the information that we need for you to obtain the tax deductions that you are entitled to.

Due to the turnaround time necessary for in-house procedures and computer operations, it is vital to send in your tax information EARLY. We cannot promise to complete returns that are sent to us in April. PLEASE send only complete information—sending in information bit by bit will incur extra charges.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PERSONAL TAX INFO IN THE SAME PACKAGE AS ANY PARTNERSHIP, LLC, OR CORPORATE INFORMATION.

If your return is not completed by the April 15th deadline, an extension will be filed for you providing we have received the attached extension request completed and signed. In certain cases this could result in small additional fees, but there are circumstances that make extending the deadline to October 15th not only necessary, but also the wise course of action.
